Terms and conditions
Bookings taken for Bank Holiday weekends are for a minimum of 3 nights.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on booking and the balance payable 4 weeks prior to your stay.
Weekend bookings tent's are available from 4pm Friday and should be vacated by 4pm Sunday.
Week bookings tent's are available from 11am Monday and should be vacated by 11am Friday.
Exclusive Site Hire: A refundable deposit of £100.00 is required on arrival.
Groups: welcome but we are unable to accept hen/stag parties.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept under control.
Please make all cheques payable to Billycan Camping Club.
From time to time site maintenance is required during your stay.
If your tent is left in an untidy or damaged condition cleaning and repairs are chargable.
