The Rough Guide to Camping in Britain

the_times “50 Best campsite in the UK 2009” this is a beautiful, rural spot, especially on balmy summer days with the family in tow. Although usually self-catering, if you stay on a Friday night you will enjoy home-made stew and marshmallow-toasting around the communal campfire, followed the next morning by a breakfast hamper of bread, coffee, eggs and bacon.
